Account Banned by Someone Using Card Pack CheatAppeal for Help

Hello,

My Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 account was banned by someone else using a card pack cheat tool.

I did not use any cheats myself. Someone accessed my account and used the cheat, which caused the ban. I have already changed my password and enabled 2FA.

After the ban, the game now shows a black screen every time I launch it and I cannot play at all. I have tried verifying files, reinstalling, running as admin, updating drivers, etc., but nothing works.
