Add Button In PVZ Hero's

I have been playing pvz hero's for a little while and i would like to watch adds to progress a little faster but it dose not exist I have tried most of the ways that seem to work for others and I think I have the glitch that stops you from watching adds and i would like to have help fixing it.

Any help would be nice.
