Banned but no email?

Hey, So about a day ago, i hopped on gw2 for the first time (on pc, ive played on ps4 before), grinded for alot of stuff, used some modding (offline, never online), and then i got into a few games, got 87 kills with arctic trooper with no modifications, (imagine that) and then i get kicked for violating fairfight, in which i understand but im not sure whether to report this as a bug or technical support. because i havent got my email stating my ban time or the reason, nor have i been using any character modifications and it feels like i have been unfairly banned with no clarification as to why. if someone could please clarify the reason behind it would be greatly appreciated, if i get support then thank you

    P.S: the modding i stated had nothing to do with the 87 kills, twas simply to unlock characters, thats it

    Hi @ThisBissBeBussin

    It may not be a ban if you've received no email but as you've mentioned fairfight there's a good chance it is ban related.  

    Normally I'd suggest contacting our Support team. With your help, they can pull up your account and take a wee look to see if there's any bans visible on the account. If not, they'd do their best to help fix what's causing you to not gain access.

    They can be reached by going to help.ea.com and select 'contact us' to start filling out a help ticket.
