Lost 7 Years of PvZ Heroes Progress – Account Suddenly Reset to Level 1

Hi,

I need help recovering my Plants vs. Zombies Heroes account and game progress.

I have been playing Plants vs. Zombies Heroes for approximately 7 years, and my in-game username was Ghazaal99. I had years of progress, unlocked cards, heroes, and other accumulated content.

Today, I opened the game and suddenly discovered that all of my progress was gone. The game appears to have created or loaded a completely new account and started me from the beginning.

Some important details:

• Game: Plants vs. Zombies Heroes
• Platform: iOS / iPhone
• Previous in-game username: Ghazaal99
• I am still using the same iPhone.
• I did not delete or reinstall the game before this happened.
• I did not intentionally reset or delete my game data.
• My Game Center is still signed in to the same account I was using before.
• When I launch PvZ Heroes, Game Center shows that I am signed in, but my old progress does not appear.
• The game now shows a new profile with almost no progress.
• I don't remember whether my old PvZ Heroes account was connected to Facebook, an EA Account, or Sign in with Apple.

I have screenshots of the current account and can provide my current Player ID and Identity Pin if needed.

Since this account contains approximately 7 years of progress, I would really appreciate help locating my old account/save data and restoring it.

Please let me know what additional information you need to identify my old account.
