Community AdminCan you restart with a Clean Boot and see if the same thing happens if you just launch Origin and the game?

If it does, can you open the Task Manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) and manually shut down the game process, and try launching from Origin again?
I already tried that when it was reccomended before. I am able to now close the game with task manager but it still black screens 90% of the time

Have you noticed any sort of pattern for the 10% of time the game does open up normally? Also, can you try disabling your anti-virus as a test, as well as the clean boot?
I dont think there is any pattern when the game is open. It runs perfectly fine. My anti virus is windows defender but i have tried and i still get the same results.
- @molcole11 just bought it now, installed it, got that same black window that does nothing so i updated graphics card, ran as admin, added it to my nvidia graphics card, clean startup, restarted, ran in safe mode, followed these steps, still nada.
