Bugged Daily Streak Chest

Just hit day 15 streak on daily login in PVZ Heroes and got the 25 event tickets but did NOT receive the pack I was supposed to from the “silver chest” icon in the daily calendar section. No pack, no contents, and no new cards in my collection. It is hard enough to get new cards as it is with how long seasons are, so I rely on every one I can get my hands on. Please fix this and give me the card pack I was supposed to receive!
