As the title says sometimes when I turn on PvZ GW2 I can't move and when I can I don't know what I did to work.
When I click on the icon of PvZ GW2 a message appears asking me to update my intel driver for version xx.xx. 15. 4251, or something like that, this is the cause of the problem?

There is no support in either of the Garden Warfare games for Intel IGPs, so when you see any message about Intel video, it's not the "Intel driver" for any real problem at all. You must have a real, discrete video graphics adapter circuit board in the computer. Anything else you cannot get help with.

The parenthetic above, next to the minimum Radeon HD 5750 GPU is because AMD dropped driver support last October for the HD 5000 and HD 6000 generation GPUs. The closest thing available now to the 5750 is the HD 7730.
