Seems like a major huge drop to me and I'm not technical in that way either....
but here is my concern (and I'm sure this wont bother others but...)
so....they drop the ttk... which a lot of folk have been insisting upon... I bow to their better gaming experience....
but will this mean that if your aim is rubbish (still messing with mouse/aim settings to see if that'll make any difference to my abysmal aim) that you will just die more as you don't get the job done quick enough?
The thought of dying even more quickly AND often is making me scared 😃
Ive been playing a lot more PvP in BFN than GW2...
hoping to improve but will these changes make it a more miserable experience and force me to stick to Ops as apart from that and the Battle chests etc thats all that would be left?
I very much miss the solo/private games in all modes of GW2 ☹️

I very much miss the solo/private games in all modes of GW2 ☹️I think people miss the ability to tank/solo in BfN like we could in GW games but the problem is the lower TTK won’t necessarily equate to the ability for a solo player to be a game changer.
Anything is worth a shot but by January, we will need to address damage adjustments including damage drop off for distance attacks.

Yep getting used to the changes is definitely a thing.... hopefully we can all get used to the changes as the game settles to some extent... fingers crossed....
I know my skill isnt great but then theres updates, lag, trying if changing settings helps etc etc....
for today I remain positive 😃
- 6 years ago@asabaida I'm nervous too. Thing is, I can AIM in GW2 . . .

I'm looking forward to the changes but also I expect to be thrown off a bit at first. I completed the Electric Slide challenges last night and her slower but deadlier main attack was weird to get used to but my LMB finger is feeling less like a woodpecker on caffeine which is nice. If it retains and expands the player base I'll adapt as that's crucial for a game like this to thrive.
I 100% with @asabaida though, I miss bot matches as they were more relaxing and when you had a bad run of MP matches, it was nice to unwind against the bots.

The game at this point is pretty obvious. Quickest ttk characters with main weapons win. No point in abilities at all. In fact, don't notice them at all. Kind of sad really. Soldier is a beast at backline shooting and letting his team be frontline distractions. Just shoot away. This is the issue with this "listen to the players...I play COD" quick ttk mindset. It doesn't always work. Oh well, game was really good to begin with.
