Character XP maxed out by hacker on PC - request for server data reset

Probably there was a problem with EA servers or someone hacked/used an exploit, and now every character on my account (even characters I don't have) has the highest rank, and the biggest amount of XP...

Small update: It has been over 8 days and I still cannot play the game. My multiplayer progression is completely ruined by a hacker exploit on PC. I am stuck at max XP with no way to unlock upgrades naturally, which completely ruins the fun.

 

Could you please look into my case and perform a full server data reset for my account in Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2? I mean only Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 accaunt, not whole accaunt. I just want to start fresh from Rank 1. Thank you for your time.
