Concerning the Plants damage resistance
It looks like a lot of stuff just bypasses the Pea Shooters damage reduction and i am now wondering how that is supposed to work.
My rooted Rock Pea just got directly hit by a Super Ultra Ball and took 120 damage. That mean 0 damage reduction and 100% damage dealt. Very unlikely that other sources caused damage.
I've already mentioned how broken the Gravity Grenade is and that it needs a drastic nerf. And zombies have plenty of other skills to cancel the rooted state (Sprint Tackle, Heroic Kick, Mech Stomp, Jackhammer). All while the plants have to rely on Time Snare, Goatify and Stun Grenades to cancel active Twisters and Impkata. With no ways to cancel Mech armor. But now it looks like the rooted status doesn't even provide defense and only leaves the damage output.
Considering how difficult it is for the plants to take a point already, this clearly shows how imbalanced the game is and may even be one of the bigger reasons why progress is constantly blocked. The Super Brainz and Imp all have mobile armor. Which means they can move freely while taking less damage. While the plants have to stop and take ground. And that currently does not pay off, considering how long it takes and how easy it is to get hit. Now a Super Brainz only needs to camp on the roof with his Beam and directly hit for 120 damage as soon as a Plant goes into rooted state (which of course barely happens due to the masses of Gravity Grenades).
Any more experiences that shed some more light on this issue?
