Could not activate the game

So I bought Pvz game on EA app and when I try to launch it shows a window with activation error or something. When I try to login down there nothing happens and when I try to redeem code activation it displays "error has occured". The last option is to buy game but it just shows up game's site.

I tried to deleting my license problem but it doesn't work, I also tried to reinstall EA app and game even repairing them both but still nothing changes.

Anyone has same issue or solution?
