Daily streak rewards disappearing

Im not sure if it a bug but has anyone else got to the 15 day reward and not getting the pack, I ask because this happened to me recently, I log in and get the message that I reached 15 and I would receive 25 tickets and a hero pack only to get nothing

    Hi, the same thing just happened to me. I hope they fix it soon because it also happened during my 15-day reward period.
