Recently there has been yet another issue on Garden Warfare 2. Players can no longer find matches. Every time the multiplayer portal is entered, "Failed to find a match" or "Failed to connect to the game session, please try again." is shown. This has been going on for the past day, and nobody has been able to access and play online matches.
I also have to add that this is seemingly a PC only issue, consoles are unaffected as far as I know.
I am on console and I am having this issue too. It takes like 3-5 attempts before I can load into any game. And it won’t let me load into a game with my girlfriend at the same time. Also doesn’t let me or my girlfriend invite each other once we load into a game. It’ll say that the server is full and it would put me on que. Then when the game had open slots it would still say the game is full.
SAME. Try switching to another region (NA West and East are broken for me right now) I switched to Europe on got a match instantly. For me I’m on console so I think this is a game wide issue. It could be another hacker, or it could be because of so many people playing because of Jynxzi’s arrival to the game
This occurred after the ping spiked so high for everyone, somehow NA East was unaffected by the ping spike, but now North America servers are rendered unplayable for me
Yeah I’m assuming it’s because of Jynxzi’s arrival. Could be that the game is on sale but I doubt that’s that main cause. There’s a high influx of new players joining the game. I got into a lobby full of new players quite a few times so that just makes me believe it’s Jynxzi’s influence. I’m glad it’s getting so many new players! I just want the game to be playable.
So i play on EU servers and i have the same problem. But the thing is, i had this problem already before Jynxzi's announcement. And i've already tried to switch server regions and other stuff but it never really worked for me.
They need to increase the servers or this Jynxi thing may become a dud.EA_Pedro
Woukd be nice if we can get any communication on this issue. I suggest get someone to quickly add new servers, or remove the server cap. If resources are needed, you can take away servers from gw1 and bfn.
It happens to consoles too.
