First time logging onto PvZ GW2 in a long time and all my stuff is gone?

So I decided to boot up the game and play a bit of garden ops but when I inserted the disk and loaded in, I got put at the start of the game? Im not sure how this happened and I really do hope theres a way I can recover my items as I spent quite a lot of money and work in the past to get them. If anyone has any solutions in mind please let me know.
