I can't play online at all every time I go inside the portal the game crash there also a lot of graphical glitches and also make the game run 60 fps

Jumping in before people blame Nintendo for limiting the number of dev kits to send out before the console's release; the Madden team (EA Orlando) got one, so it's not out of the realm of possibility for a patch not to come out soon.
Hell, even though PopCap isn't the main developer for the Replanted game, that alone shows a PVZ team has access to a Switch 2 dev kit. It obviously could take time (and possibly money EA won't get in return,) but the radio silence is telling.
