Freezes at flower after connecting to servers.

I am on xbox one and everytime i boot this game up and can get passed the connecting to ea servers but after that it freezes and i get sent back to my xbox home screen iv'e tried profiles after profiles even my friends disc for him it worked but not me. I have cleared the cache hard reset my xbox wiped my xbox and even sent my xbox to microsoft and it wasnt even fixed im sorry if im sounding rude but i spent 20 dollars on this game i need some help dude.
