Game keeps freezing in multiplayer but ia am able to to play garden ops

Hi,My game is constantly freezing when i try to play multiplayer, i have reinstalled like 3 times and after that i am able to play 3 games before it happens again.I can play Garden Ops fine and it's frustrating since i am in the middle of the game and it crashes I am afraid if the problem is'nt fixed i will have to ask for my money back since it is no use if u release a game if it isnt finished
P.S my PC is above the requirements

    Start -> type: DXDiag -> Save Information

    Post the crash report.
    Start -> type "Reliability" -> View Reliability History -> Find Crash -> Right Click -> View Technical Details

    I believe your computer is above spec if you say so.  I still want it because it could help me give you better advice on things to try.

    The crash log... I have an idea of what it's going to say judging by the way you describe it.  Still please post it maybe we will get lucky and we will see a "smoking gun".

    this is apearnently a constant issue but I've seen no bug fix report.

  • The Problem is there is no crash report it just freezes and it says the game stopped working,but ill check out what you posted above

    It seems odd that Windows wouldn't have a report when you get a "Stopped Responding" error.

    You may try disabling Crossfire and only using the 6670

    Download latest drivers:

    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

    You may try these settings... none of them are specifically to fix your issue... but the issues some of these fix just confuse me (i.e. DirectX Removed errors are fixed by a framelimiter).  Worth a try if you are at your wits end.

    Open Notepad.

    Save it as "user.cfg"

    You cannot have user.cfg.txt

    enable "View Extentions of Known File Types" from Folder Options in Control Panel

    Put it in your PvZ directory
    \\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare

  • Well it started crashing after a few games again, look like i will have to wait for EA to actually patch the game
