  • hi, try this options

Using the right button menu in Origin

    Repair Game

    or

    Check for Update

  • If it's a startup crash as in game menu crash or loading to menu crash, it's most likely a Direct X or driver issue.  It doesn't hurt to try repairing the game but you've already tried that.

  • Its a loading up crash

So when you press play on origin

You wait then it comes up with

Windows is checking what the problem is

Then it tells me to close the app

    Fault Module Name: nvwgf2umx.dll

nVidia drivers are outdate or corrupt or buggy

    -----------

    First try:

    http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    Update nVidia drivers

    --------

    Still no?

Uninstall the current nVidia drivers from Control Panel, Restart, Install latest

    -----

    Still no?

Try this. If you aren't used to Safe Mode or scared of BSOD don't do it.

Uninstall your nVidia Drivers from Control Panel (all)
    Restart into Safe Mode
    Run Display Driver Uninstall
    Restart
    Install Latest Drivers

    http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
    http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

If you have a BSOD on restart. Go back to Safe Mode. Go to System->Device Manager->Display Adapters Remove them, restart.

Safe Mode /w Networking will save the day

  • Im trying the first option :cathappy:

    What boxes do i choose?

Put the model of your GPU in there + Windows version

Find your GPU model by using DXDiag or Speccy

    System Specs :

Start -> type: DXDiag -> Save Information  www.pastebin.com

    More detailed description = http://answers.ea.com/t5/Titanfall/PC-Graphic-performance-issues-in-Titanfall-here-s-how-to-help-us/m-p/2454360#U2454360

Alternative to DXdiag method (not as detailed):

    Download Speccy Portable

    https://www.piriform.com/speccy/builds

Open Speccy64.exe  ->  CPU, RAM and Graphics + Driver Version / Date

You can just list it here if you need help...

Since your asking this question, I would recommend you do NOT do the third option if everything else fails.  Get someone who is good with computers, like a friend, family memeber, neighbor, show them the steps and have them do it.

  • Thx so much

    Option 1 worked

    I guess it was faulty

Thx for helping me so much

    🙂
