Considering target sells the game for (under) 20 dollars these days, what you're saying sounds peculiar.

More importantly, if you're looking for help, don't pretend you're on Twitter or texting or otherwise technologically hampered in your ability to intelligibly express yourself.

Actually give a long, detailed enough problem description so people at least have a chance to make suggestions beyond "try contacting customer support directly". Or wild guessing, like "Did you even install Origin?", "Have you checked if the game is under your 'My Games' tab?", "Have you actually downloaded it?" etc.
