Garden Warfare 2 rank problem

Hello everyone!
I'm here because today I found something wrong with my profile on PvZ GW2. Yesterday I was over 80 level and now it's gone. Besides all of my unlocked characters from first game and GW2 are still in the backyard but my overall rank is decreased. Someone know this issue? Thanks in advance.

First is all of your data gone like character levels and coins? Some people don't know this but once you reach level 100 it gives you a new rank background that is blue and has a 1. If you do not have the blue background rank and 1 next to your rank its a different problem.

Silly but you were right. I missed that thing. Now my rank is blue and there is a 1 digit next to actually level opposite to previously light blue colour of background from the beginning of the game. Thanks mate for your help.
