Garden Warfare 2 Steam Deluxe Edition: Missing Deluxe Content

I have purchased the deluxe edition of Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 on Steam. The games works but I have not recived the deluxe content. Things I have tried:

• Checked mailbox
• Checked sticker shop
• Contacted EA and Steam support multiple times
• Tried launching the game from Steam and the EA app directly
