Glitch when buying bundles (GW2)

Every time I try to purchase a bundle/add-on in GW2, it allows me to type in credit card details and then right as I go to confirm purchase the EA app says that there is no wifi, and then puts me back at the home screen. The weird thing is that my credit card account says that a purchase went through for $1, but it is just a "pending withdrawal" and has not taken money out of my account. And the bundle never makes its way into my account.

 Is anyone else having the same issue or maybe know how to fix it?
