[Google Play] PvZ Heroes account not syncing

Hi, 

I recently changed mobile device, and tried syncing my account through Google Play, it recognized my last date of play, progress, and card count. But after tapping "Sync account" nothing happened, it still keeps me as if I just started the game fresh. I tried then with my Facebook account and the same thing happened.

    Hey, I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you continue having issues with the game!

    Are you synced with FB or EA as well as Google Play, or did you only sync it to Google?

    Yup, I still have the same issue, and actually, when trying to sync accounts seems the game on my old device has synced to that of the new one and have lost all progress on both.

    I tried syncing to all three options, FB, EA, and Google, and on all of them it still recognizes my previous progress and card count, it just doesn't load it up for some reason.

    @Rafikorod Oh! Okay, i see now. So when it comes to progress, and you have gone through all the steps to sync, you have to set up a case that way the mobile team that checks these can take a look. 

    After all mobile steps happen, and a different device is tested, accounts are synced, we have to have folks check the data on the account.

    Follow the steps in the Heroes Guide, and it will show you the way!
