Hacker ruining Turf Takeover GW2

I've reported this guy for ruining EVERYONE'S matches in GW2 but no action has been taken.

 

The hacker in question uses Marigold (Treasure Yeti's counterpart) to play multiplayer matches. Neither the AC or the report system have done anything to ban this person.

 

In the following video the hacker with Marigold has the whole kit; A lot of health, Attack that can permastuif spammed and drops coins when defeated.

Can you guys check this out because this issue is consistent.

    To deal with hackers, you only need to collapse the lobby to kick the hackers out of the lobby, everything will start over from the beginning and you won't want to meet the hackers again.

    To kick out hackers, they usually have a way to deal with them by crashing the lobby to chase the hacker out of the lobby, hopefully never seeing the hacker again.

    I thought I would never have to go back to this place again. But the current situation is much worse. Cheaters have taken over the game. Every day, every game, there are always cheaters. And EA DOES NOTHING.
