Having 3 Lawn mowers

I have reinstalled plants vs zombies after a long time from play store in my mobile phone and I've noticed a bug from the very beginning. For each and every level, I had only 3 lawn mowers. This bug is in the game for every single level. Please look into the problem.

Yeah, about this. This isn’t a bug. EA purposefully did this. It stinks.
