HELP ME - PVZ GW

I can't start my PVZ - Garden Warfare 1. After accepting the privacy cookies and other settings, I enter my email to receive the 6-digit selection code, and the "CONTINUE" button simply FREEZES. I've clicked it millions of times and nothing happens! I've already deleted and downloaded the game several times and nothing has changed... SAVE ME!
