Daily streak pack

I managed to get a 15 day streak on PVZ Heroes and my reward from the silver chest suddenly just disappeared as I was about to claim it. The game just froze and after I refreshed the app, the pack disappeared. I checked collection and everything but it did not claim anything the rewards just vanished.
