So how do I invite a new friend to play (one that isn’t already on my friends list)? I’ve had requests from friends which I’ve accepted and they’re now in my list but I can’t work out how to do it myself. Any ideas??

@cool_split2Try this. Go to the menu and head to the Friends tab. Then pick the friend you want to play and invite them to the group. They should get a request from you, and if they accept, they will automatically join you.

Thanks but it’s getting the friend on the list in the 1st place that’s the issue. They’re a Switch friend but not a PVZ friend.
@cool_split2 You may be able to search up for your friend's profile and send a friend request in the game. In public Giddy Parks or multiplayer games, it shows a list of players in the lobby, and you should be able to access their profile. If you can access their profile, you should be able to send them a friend request. Alternatively if possible, ask them to send you a friend request in the game and accept it.
