how to play pvz 1 on xbox 360 in 2023 aprill 12?

hello i got xbox live gold yesterday i wanted to play my first time pvz 1 but these errors poped. Unable to connect to EA server at this time please try again later. and you lost connection with the ea server you will unable to play online until you reconect. i don't know why i can't connect i restarted the router checked xbox live connection unplugging the console from internet for 10 sec and checking the wi fi stats but... nothing happen. can EA please help me?

thanks but i got the reason. its because my account got blocked and i still don't know why but heres the image of the reason sorry if the lauguage is from poland
