I cant load into EA servers?

I checked my account if it got banned because It kept saying uh oh cant load into servers, so I checked in penalty history on EA help, but it says that no violations were made on my account. I reset my wifi and even reinstalled the game but it still wouldn't let me in the EA servers. I really don't want my account to be gone; I have played it for so long. I think that a hacker had done something to my account since he has been messing with my account. Please send a message if you found a solution, thank you.
