I didn't receive any rewards for PvZ Garden Warfare 2 Deluxe Edition. HELP

I bought the deluxe version of PvZ Garden Warfare 2 a couple of days ago, but I still haven't received the reward for it. I'm asking for a reward. I can provide proof that I didn't receive the rewards and that I have the deluxe version.
