I purchase a coin pack and they did not get added to my account.

I purchased a $19.99 coin pack through the ingame store, which linked to steam. Steam fully carried out my purchase, charged me and everything, but I did not receive the coins on my account. The game routes to EA, EA has the servers, but I do not have the coins. I talked to someone at EA help on one of the live discussions and they said nothing about my purchase, just that "hopefully this will fix soon." I don't understand what that means, have I just been robbed of my $20? I have proof of purchase through screenshots and the likes, is there anything else I am supposed to do?

    Same here, i purchased the 2.5 million coins pack and the 650000 coins pack and got absolutely nothing. 100 dollars in the hole

    Idk I've had the exact same problem for about a week now, same as you and they labelled my case "no fix available" so i'm really hoping they fix that, for both our sakes

    dude the same exact **bleep** happend to me except it was 10$ like how tf am i suppossed to fix this just got robbed money what am i supposed to do (also i am a bit confused how do i sumbiit a question?)
