To get out of the black screen you must die in the backyard After that you can check if your characters are level 46 or if the problem is solved Another reason for this issue is the presence of Crazy Dave in Garden Ops The level 46 corruption has been fixed for me but Crazy Dave is still there I hope EA fixes this issue for me and all players I have included some screenshots for you to see
I second this as it has been almost a month of both my account being 46ed and my screen still black.
Update: My EA Case Number is 246046716. I contacted live support about my corrupted character data and the Crazy Dave glitch. As a Skilled Scout, I request an EA Moderator to escalate this Case ID to the studio engineers for a manual profile reset. It has been 24 days and the account is broken. Please help.
