ingame mailbox shows no mail and other issues

i check the mailbox in the game for the event calender and there is nothing but a message stating no news is good news right? it has been like this for days.other issue is i still see the problem with super brains  if hes AI controlled he still jumps up and down in one spot if he is controlled in graveyards its fine until you switch to another zombie and resumes back to jumping in one spot. im just getting this down in one spot instead of multible issues. when playing the AI multiplayer vanquished confirmed the AI will resort to this one spot on zen peak that is in middle of the map and act like they are defending it, thats not supposed to happen

    Hey all,

    Looks like others are seeing their mail again. If anyone else can confirm it's shown up we'll go ahead and mark this as solved as the team should have it addressed now.

    Ever since I came back from vacation, my mailbox had all of a sudden stopped working. Every time I try opening it to check the news or try to get a sticker pack, it just says “No news is good news, right?” And it’s so god damn annoying. I’ve searched everywhere and I’ve found not a single way to fix this. I used another account and the mailbox works completely fine but it’s just with my account for some reason. I’ve seen other people with this exact same issue as well but they never got actual answers. If anyone has any way to help solve his I’d appreciate it!!

    edit: I literally went and made this account just to ask this so please give some sort of an answer, I’ve even tried contacting support but it just leads me back here.

    Its still displaying no messages and when new events are  started  there's no notice either

    So my mailbox will not open at all. I’ve tried the troubleshooting options (Restarting the console, doing the MAC address thing, clearing the data, etc) and nothing has worked. It’s been about 4 weeks since this has happened and it’s still going on. Nothing and I mean nothing is working.

    @HyenaPuke Did anything unusual happen around the time that this started? If you have any other accounts on that system can they access the mailbox?

    Nothing unusual happened no. It just all of a sudden will not open?

    Is it only your main account that's affected? If you only have the one account can you try creating a new one to test?
