[Issue Resolved] - PvZ Garden Warfare 1 - Matchmaking Failed Error

Is there a solution!?

Yes for several days now!

I have played this for years and it’s always had many packed games. I don’t think that’s the issue. If it looks that way now it’s probably because nobody can get into a game and therefore it looks empty but there is plenty of people still playing this game as I play it almost every day.

I also cannot find a match system says fa lied to find match it has been going on for at least 3 days on Xbox s 

I have read on this platform and reddit this same issue. It is definitely not an issue that this game has no players. I sometimes play for as long as 8 hours straight and it's always packed. New players come and go but never had this issue happen. Please have this fixed and thank you.

• How often does the bug occur? I have tried entering the game since Tuesday morning and have been testing in throughout the day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All you have to do is try to go into any of the multi-player games
• What happens when the bug occurs? An error message pops up.
• What steps have you taken on your end to resolve the issue? I have restarted the game, cleared my network and have logged in with my daughter's account.

Same problem happening for me, too. It's been several days now.  Cannot even start a new multi-player session also. Just gives matchmaking failed error, there are no available matches meeting your criteria. Please try again later. Using xbox one s. Tried everything to get it to work. Even deleting, clearing cache and reinstalling. About 15 people I know are having the same problem. Multiple reddit thread's. Please fix server issue. I miss this game...........

of course we are still running into the issue. Please fix

"Not enough players" is flat out wrong. No matter what week I was playing this game I could find a game in every mode. ESPECIALLY Gardens and Graveyards. This game is not dead, people want to play. We love this game and hope you all at EA fix! thank you for your help

  "This is a server problem preventing players from joining at all. Prior to this error I was regularly in full 12v12 lobbies. Please escalate this problem to a higher development manager who will not just dismiss your concern with saying there are not enough players as this isn't true. None of the game modes start a new lobby. This is a live showstopper bug - please escalate this." -Montaignes

• Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? "To test, have at least 5 of your testers attempt to join at the same time. It will allow none of them to connect proving your assertion wrong that it's a not enough players issue."
• What happens when the bug occurs? "matchmaking issue" even though theres way more than enough players
