The big problem is for new players - you can only get enough rainbow stars in a month to buy the upgrade with rainbow stars IF you complete the prize map in the first place . . .
Basically most of us should be ok, a lot of us still have unspent rainbow stars & will have built up max bulbs to help with the map in the first place, but new players will feel under pressure to complete the prize map or buy the bulbs to do so in order to get the upgrade.
And I think new/er players will feel the pressure to buy bulbs even more the following month if they face not be able to complete the prize map, because they won't have the reserve of coins many of us players do . . .
This is seriously messy!!
@asabaida Hooray! I believe you completely, and only needing 204 would be excellent (I didn't count the amount of bulbs needed; I just trusted Zero). I apologise as well, @TLEsquire , because I assumed that you received approximately 270 rainbow stars ⭐ in a month, but @asabaida is absolutely correct with the rainbow star calculations, I forgot the weekly challenges gave you 40 rainbow stars, not 30, so sorry 😳 🤭! There is a possibility of also getting extra rainbow stars, because you can complete 5 sets of weekly challenges on some months (not February) because of the extra days in a month. Thanks for getting all of that straight and sorted out! 🙂👍
@ToastedSarnie Some of the weekly challenges are very hard to complete, you're absolutely right! I don't manage to complete it every single week, but I still manage to do it most of the time. New players wouldn't really have a choice but to buy rainbow stars for the upgrade if they start playing too close to the end of next month! 😞 There's going to be more FOMO, strap in and enjoy the fun times ahead! This doesn't seem like it's going to go very well, gotta agree with you there! 😃 👍
