level 10 unlock prmblem

I had the same problem with the lvl5 plants achievement. Got my last plant lvl 5, but no achievement and no pack. 5 Games later i got the lvl 5 pack but still no achievement  =( And as an achievement hunter its sad...

Sometimes they are super duper slow to come in for some reason.  If they are still not unlocking can you let us know your gamertag and Ill see whats up

A note for the future: Do not use skip challenge cards as the round is ending, you will not be rewarded.

I had the same problem for Scientist level 9 pack. Used skip challenge cards as the round is ending and didnt get level 9 pack. Scientist is Level 10 now but last character 4/5☹️ Please help me.
