LEVEL system problem

I got this "bug" 2 hours ago. I logged into an online match and suddenly all my characters were lvl max even those i didnt have. However i didnt get coins or any character upgrades during the process and randomly got rank 54
I do not know why it happened, bug, server problem, or just some cheaters, but the results are that i cant get the character upgrades because they are level max. 
Im a PC player and didnt use any cheats or mod
Anyone got a solution ? ( use google tr if u dont understand french )
