Lost my PvZ coins on Garden Warfare 2

same issue tried to contact waited forever had no response only to get off  and the case status is player unavailable. 11 min estimated wait time. Waited several hours. 

just happened to me as well and my ticket still has yet to receive a reply :/ Whatever is going on still hasnt been patched almost a week later 

I'm seriously hoping that this issue is fixed at least... sometime soon. I get the game is a decade old but I don't think having at least 30 dollars worth of coins go missing is a good look. I'm glad i'm not the only one having this issue.

I had the same issue today and contacted EA support and they said they would report it as a bug thats all really. still hasn't gotten fixed yet

I had the exact same issue I bought the 280000 coins pack but after after I bought one character pack which is around 1/4 of the amount it was all used up. Is there anything I can do to help me get my money back?

i am having the same issue here. purchased 630,000 coins and i bought 1 character pack (75,000) and it used up all 630,000 but left the money i had originally prior to the 630,000.
