Major Payments Bug - Not Receiving Humongous Coin Pack I Purchased (Again)

I had this issue happen before:
After a long process it was resolved by contacting EA Help and opening a case there (EA Case #45872860) and talking with them over the phone as well as with PSN Support. Many screenshots were uploaded. EA eventually got a specialist to add the missing coins via packs in the vending machine. The entire process took about 5 hrs.
However, the same issue happened again on Jan 27th, 2019. This time, I opened a new case on EA Help (EA Case#47211717) and after talking and troubleshooting with them, and uploading 3 screenshots, they referred me to PSN Support. After talking with PSN Support and troubleshooting with them, they confirmed that this is not a PSN issue, but an issue with the PvZ:GW2 game/game servers. I was given a PSN case number (PSN Case#32525752) and was told to go back to my case at EA Help. After explaining everything again to the new EA Help operator on the same case, they were again able to contact a specialist to correct the problem via coin packs in the vending machine. The entire process took about 4 hrs.
Since this issue has happened twice now, with a lengthy and frustrating process getting it resolved, I asked what could be done so that it wouldn't happen again the next time I go to buy a Humongous Coin pack. I was told by the EA operator to make a post on these forums again to let people know that this is an issue and also to alert the game developers/community manager so that they could provide a fix.
