Missing In-Game Currency After Plant Discard (Bug Report)

Hello

I encountered a bug in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes where I recycled cards for Sparks, but did not receive them. I lost approximately 40,000 Sparks during this process.

I have restarted the game and checked my balance, but the Sparks have not been added.

Please investigate this issue and assist with restoring the missing Sparks. I can provide additional details if needed.

    I have the same issue i lost 12k sparks there is zero customer support. The only thing you can talk to is EA help but they tell you to use in game support which doesnt exist so yeah.

    I also have this issue and lost over 5,000 sparks. No one has helped me and I've essentially been ignored.
