Missing prize bulbs

Last night, January 27th 2020, I played PvZ BFN like I do every night. After unlocking a few items from the Prize Map I had 2 remaining bulbs. Today I had to download the new update. Tried to launch the game to find the servers were down. When the servers finally came back I launched the game to find I was missing my 2 bulbs leftover from yesterday. I'm extremely angry and frustrated. I constantly have issues with this game. I earned those bulbs and shouldn't have to grind out the game any longer to regain my missing bulbs. Please fix it. I deserve the bulbs I'm entitled to.

@EA_David I didn't notice if I had any issues with bulbs post-update while I was briefly on last night before crashing but everything is there for me this morning after a brief "syncing data" before entering BFN. (Xbox)

Thanks for the post.

Unfortunately I don't have a way to grant bulbs but I'd like to gather info if I can. Sometimes with weird issues things will sync back up and grant the bulbs back. Do you have them if you check today? Similarly with the partial bar of XP you mention in your other post, did it reappear at any point?

Do you recall the first item purchased after the update? From what I can see here looks like a 3 bulb item was purchased after the servers got back up, and another one puchased about 3 hours later with bulbs earned since the first purchase.

That's interesting, it shows a purchase on my side about 2 1/2 hours before you earned more bulbs and bought the item shortly before posting. Could anyone have had access to your account shortly after the maintenance issues were resolved?

Unfortunately I can't see the exact item purchased, the logs I can see only give an unreadable internal item name.

@EA_David I didn't purcase anything when I got on after the servers returned because I didn't have any bulbs. It wasn't until I continued playing the game and before I shut it down for the evening did I unlock an item from the prize map. When I logged in and played today I didn't get the bulbs back. My xp meter so far is back on track but only after it reset itself yesterday.

@EA_David I always play on split screen so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
