pvz gw2-bfn crash after 1-10m of game

I launch the game, everything works, I can even play a couple of minutes in the rating, and then it crashes, no errors, nothing. I tried literally EVERYTHING (from all the basic tips like driver updates, reinstallation, etc. to checking the games of all PC components) 
my PC: 
Intel i7-8700 
16GB RAM 
AMD RX 5700XT 
(in theory, it should be enough for normal games)]
(gw1 works great on btw)
