I think someone has used some kind of script on my account to break my game, I have a stable internet connection, but I can't get past the first loading screen, and I've heard some players are doing this to each other now.

Similar issue, I have a save file for Xbox (albeit it loads horribly slowly), just got the game on PlayStation, and it won’t load at all on there. My GFs account works perfectly from the same console, but mine won’t.
They removed all the packs from our shops but I think it's happening again sadly
someone is doing it again.....
Mine is the same as well. I know this isn't my internet connection because I can load onto GW1 on PC, plus I can also load onto GW2 on Xbox, so I have been banned.
