Mystery Portal Thanksgiving Day issues!

My day off to play with my son and it's still down as of 5:45pm. This is turning into a real bummer at our house right now.... ☹️

Someone needs to fix this as I have found this problem as well. Me and my cousin wanted to get a key, but no. -katsgees, -Total, -The Crew. 

Behind the Scenes (BTS) Pfft "UNKNOWN"? Stupid glitches. *restarts game and PS4* Of course not :/.    EDIT: It's 10:56. Still closed. What to do now?

This was happening to me but it's back up now. I think you have to maybe keep checking your mailbox and if you see the Brothers Gnomus thing, it should be working.
