- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoI'm having this issue as well. This is very frustrating and should be fixed. However, I had this issue in the previous season as well. It has nothing to do with the new season.

Seriously, EA. Don't take away stars because the game "fails out". Bugs are absolutely understandable, punishing players for them is just stupid.

I've been having this problem very frequently lately, and I have never seen it before the season 2 ranked battles.
- Same message for me. Cannot gain a rank as it keeps losing games for me by dropping out. Only since new season update for me. Maybe it's just volume of users?

Thanks for the reports on this - the Heroes team are already looking into this.
To help with their investigations could you confirm the following:
- Device
- Operating system
- Player ID
- Timestamp*
*For the timestamp it needs to be recent and accurate. The best way for us to be able to use it is to play until you get the error mentioned (There is a problem with your game) and then record the exact time/date and also let us know your timezone.

Player id 1002314844401 I have gotten the error often since the season change it seems to happen far into the game usually on a full board.

I also emailed Customer Experience about this but haven't heard back.
iPhone 6 running iOS 10.3.1. Happened yesterday at 4:40pm EST (and several times before that following the update at 2pm EST). Player ID is 1002285249963
Lost several stars towards my ranked progress. Very frustrated.

Happened again just now at 10:20am EST. Lost a star and my win streak progress.
I was connected to Wifi but some of the times it happened yesterday I was on AT&T.
This is ridiculous and incredibly frustrating! When will this be fixed?
