No vaoults

Yeah, okay, it happened EA please fix pleasure to zombies heroes. I don't feel like I have to waste my money on this game but I do or please refund me my money or my diamonds 40$ down the drain. I pay for a pack, I get it open it. Try to recycle the vaults and get nothing back. If anybody knows what's going on? And how I can fix this or something? Please tell me, because this is actually infuriating
