Where are my sparks?

I just spent £35.99 twice and got 2x60 packs.  Been saving up for ages to do this.  Got just over 13,000 sparks with the first "recycle all" and then over 18,000 sparks with the second.  I went to spend the sparks and they were not there!!!

Please could I either have my missing sparks or a refund?
