Not receiving gold stars from daily quests

My wife just finishing up some quests from the quest board to get  gold stars. After completing five quests she noticed that she only one of the quests completed gave me stars. She closed out the game, restarted the ps4, and still did not have 15 stars. She only got credit for one quest even though she completed five.  Anyone else have this issue after yesterday's update?

    Hi @bigdan5865

    I don't think I've seen this reported as an issue since the update.

    Did they ever come through, potentially after relogging or shutting the game down? If not then I'd recommend she speaks with a game adviser so they can look into this further.

    To contact an adviser please follow the steps below: 

    1. Click on the following link: http://help.ea.com/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly select in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
    2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and select 'Help with Game'
    3. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
    4. Select 'Contact Us' at the bottom right on the new page
    5. Select your platform and then 'Next' 
    6. Select topic from the drop down menus, type in a short description of your issue and select 'Next'.
    7. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings and time of day.

    I was just completely some Daily Quests this morning and I completed about four quests and was properly awarded Stars for each.

    Some quests might give coins. Also if you quit too soon it won't give you the stars.

    Same thing just happened to me today, I had 200 stars and exchanged 35 with the seagull to give me rainbow stars, after that I complete many missions but I did not receive any gold stars, and of course I complete missions that give stars.

    I just maxed gold stars to 200 to open 200 star chest. After spending stars on the chest, I completed more quests and I am not being awarded stars, my balance is stuck on zero. I contacted EA Help per instructions, and they gave my some utterly useless troubleshooting instructions all based on my console hardware. I have to tell you, this is enough of an issue to me to stop playing this game, it isn't worth the slight frustration to waste more of my time of a game that can't even function as advertised. After browsing the "EA Help" for a few minutes I already know no one will answer this question, but it is worth the time it takes to type this out to vent and possibly warn others to avoid EA.

    I am also having this issue. After opening a 7 star chest. This is old enough now. That all these issues should be fixed. Was getting stars just fine up until today 4-19-19 when I opened that chest.
