I have a problem with Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2. When I start up the game it loads then tries to connect to EA servers and can not, saying: "Unable to connect to EA servers at this time. Please try again later" I don't know what the problem is I have a very good internet connection and I have waited to try again several times but it keeps telling me the same thing
I have this problem where when I play the game pvz battle for neighborville it always crashes in the start where i press enter and it connects to ea servers, I really need help on how to solve this so I can play the game for the first time.

So i bought the game cus there was pvz franchise sale and it was 90% off so i thought why not, but after doing the tutorial, i couldnt do the ''check out whats in the garage'', it was giving me ''oh no! the garage door is moving so come back later'' or smthn. so i tried to change to zombie team and it gave ''oh no! its offline rn'' so i was like tf??? and when i tried to change the plant i was to another using the van, but behold another ''oh no!'' error. so this happened with everything i could interact other than the cannon (btw some of the ''oh no!'' errors didnt even have a description like the small white puffy flower and the dwarf shop guy). but the weird thing is like i can play co-op with one of my friends which is just shooting zombies till we get bored. btw ive logged into the ea app (it got re-downloaded when i clicked play cuz i deleted it when i didnt have a ea game downloaded) and it was already connected to my steam acc. sooo if u can help it would be appreciated.
hello? is this topic still open? i have the same issue and nothing is working (i followed through the entire discussion and steps that have been mentioned and nothing)
edit : i forgot to mention that i wont be able to link my steam account into a different EA account because i just relinked it to my main EA account, and cannot relink it until 2025
When i start the game from Steam or Ea Desktop,the splash loads but before starting the game it crashes and open the ea desktop tab again
Thank you for your advice, @Trafikon24. I will do tell ea sheperd about my problem. I really want to play the game so badly as a beginner. Has it always been like this where hackers trying to ban accounts?
When you get banned is there like a pop up saying you are banned from the game or your game just closes?
@Trafikon24, are there others that I tell other than EA Shepard?
